Dr. Donna Dulo, Keynote Speaker at Southwest Cybersecurity Summit March 25 Phoenix, AZ

Dr. Donna Dulo, Director of Advanced Computational Technologies at Sofia University, President of the Unmanned Aircraft Safety & Security Society, and  Founder of the Icarus Interstellar Center, will be the Thursday afternoon Keynote Speaker at the The Southwest Cybersecurity Summit on March 25th  in Phoenix, AZ. This conference, which addresses the vulnerabilities of digital connectedness through cyber threats, will find Dr. Dulo addressing the threat of hostile takeovers of unmanned aerial robots and systems from both a technological and legal/policy point of view.

Her lecture, titled “Unmanned Aerial Insecurity: The Liability, Security, and Policy Issues of Hostile Third Party Takeovers of Unmanned Aerial Systems” will begin at 1:30 pm.
